About Us

Kelly W. McCormick has nearly twenty years of financial management and compliance experience in major financial institutions. Occupying positions of increasing responsibility, Ms. McCormick has worked with Commercial Lending Relationship Managers within the loan funding process, from the notification of Credit Approval to pre-closing review of loan documentation, WISE/AFS processing, exception follow-up and post-closing review.

Ensuring loans conform to approved Loan Committee Presentations, Bank Credit Policy, internal procedures and regulatory compliance, Kelly has worked with several Commercial Lending Divisions simultaneously. Kelly has, in her career, overseen contact of legal counsel and multiple in-house business units, facility processing and disbursement, loading and clearing of facility exceptions, consultation and problem solving.

Matthew P. McCormick has practiced telecommunications and network engineering for nearly twenty years. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, a Master of Business Administration degree from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from De Paul's School of Computer Science, Telecommunications & Information Systems. He will begin his doctoral studies at De Paul in 2008.

Mr. McCormick is a former Assistant Professor of Telecommunications & Information Technology at DeVry University. He is certified by the WiMax Forum as an instructor of RF Network Design. Matt has been designated a Gerson Lehrman Group "Leader - Top 5%" by GLG's clients. He is a former instructor for the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (US Department of State), and has presented on 3G wireless standards to faculty at the Moscow Technical University and Goscomsvyaz, the "Russian FCC."

Mr. McCormick has advised clients in the US, the UK, Germany, Norway, Spain, Qatar, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, South Africa, Russia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and South Korea. His clients have included the US Army, the United States Military Academy at West Point, Kraft, Verizon, MCI, the NSA, the City of Tampa, Atlanta's Jackson-Hartsfield International Airport, and Target Corporation.
